Agriculture ministry launches Bharat-VISTAAR, a multilingual AI tool for digital fam advisories

India’s Ministry of Agriculture has launched Bharat-VISTAAR, an AI-powered multilingual platform designed to provide farmers with personalized advisories and support for agricultural decision-making. The system delivers real-time, voice-based information in multiple languages, helping farmers access relevant crop advice, government schemes, and live mandi (market) prices.
